We were engaged to install a c. 125LM geocell retaining wall as part of a 35 unit new build development. Our scope eventually expanded to include certain external works elements to 8 nr units.

Our works consisted of

• Reduce level excavation to rear of 8 nr plots
• Removal of existing metal retaining fence
• Installation of new 125LM retaining wall using TCS GeoTechnics Techcell GC geocellular confinement system, 1.7m depth
• Backfill of retaining wall in Type 1 material
• Sub-base to patio areas
• Installation of land drain and connection into existing SW manhole
