A bespoke solution for a unique client need. This project provided us with an opportunity to consult, design and help redevelop a 6000m2+ commercial yard, all beginning from a simple enquiry to break-out and crush the existing concrete hardstanding.

Our works consisted of

• Initial consultation and site visits, understanding the Client's needs and providing cost effective alternatives / solutions
• Early engagement with our appointed structural and architectural engineers and production of eventual designs to suit Clients needs and budget
• Exploratory works and ground investigation study comprising trial pits, 10m boreholes, soil sampling, groundwater monitoring and CBR testing
• Topographical and drone survey's, production of as-built drawings
• Tanker jetting of existing drainage networks, full CCTV survey and production of as-built drawings
• Site clearance, boundary clean up, disposal of fly tipped rubbish and muck-away
• Dismantling and removal of existing failed king post retaining wall
• Various repairs and alterations to existing FW drainage network
• New SW drainage network including rocksaw trenching, manholes, gullies, klargester bypass oil/fuel seperator and final connections into existing outfall
• Cut and fill to new levels and falls
• Sub-base, regulating and preparation for new concrete slabs (overlay of existing)
• Design and repair of existing failing soakaways
• Production of detailed designs and preparation works for a new 4m high PCC retaining wall solution to remedy existing failed crib retaining wall (future works)
• Installation of new 12mtr lighting columns and associated electrical ducts
• External works
• General landscaping including de-vegetation of existing boundary spoil banks, re-shaping, topsoiling and wildflower seeding
• Installation of new 75lm palisade security fences and 85lm close board retaining fences
