Sam Davies ICIOB CMILT BSc Hons
Sam entered the industry in 2007 as a trainee quantity surveyor for an established groundworks and civil engineering contractor. After achieving a First Class Honours Degree in Construction Management, he progressed through procurement, plant, transport and senior management roles with large groundwork contractors.
Sam also spent five years with a major housing developer, ultimately becoming Construction Director for its MMC subsidiary, specialising in panelised modular housing, light gauge steel framing systems, infill panels and modular internal products.
Jack Davies
Jack began his working life as a greenkeeper in 2011, later working internationally on renowned courses where he developed a strong grounding in the principles of groundworks.
After working on the Sydney Light Rail, Jack returned to the UK and joined a large groundworks and civil engineering contractor in 2017. He progressed from groundworker to supervisor, then Site Manager on a 90-unit Taylor Wimpey scheme, before becoming Project Manager for a 194-unit Bellway Homes development from commencement to handover.
